bad color

They switched the color line they used and now my hair feels awful! My color has never been the same, i kept going back giving it another chance but nope I will never go back to the salon because theyve done nothing to help me out on this matter and everytime i go into that salon it looks worse and worse. And where are all the employees going? Ive heard over 6 have left in a month and a half and the parking lot is hardely ever full anymore. I will be seeking out to find the employees who left. I love the girls who work there but whoever is running it clearly has no idea what they are doing!

I used to be such a loyal client of the salon but lately ive noticed alot of cons. First off they swtiched color products and my haircolor has never been the same. Its so dry and unhealthy. Second they never once offer anything to loyal clients until they are ready to go else where then they are concerned about me?! or my money?! I love my girl who does my hair there but i can not stand the son of the owner for one and the upkeep of the salon has gone to crap!

I would reccomend any service provider there beyond no doubt. But the salon expeirience in whole i was completly discusted. They have someone running it from another state and a guy whos a teacher that you can just tell is fake. I would rather go to a salon where i can relax and feel like im welcomed!

David Broadway Salon and Day Spa is like no other. The setting, services, and atmosphere are superb. Rita Allen is the best styist in town. And her associates give the best massage.
