Do not pay their customers

We have done many jobs for Potter Development, and have given them good work. Delivered job by the due date, and even earlier. Have had no problems with the company, until , we asked for a percentage up front, to help pay for materials, for a big job. Since then we have not heard a thing from them, not even payment for the jobs that have been done and picked up. It is going on a year, and still nothing, no return phone calls, nothing not even any money. I as a small business, advise all the rest of you to stay be careful, when doing business with them.
