Whatever you do, do NOT use this bank. My husband and I signed up when they were running the promo in December for new accounts and promised $150 if you : opened a new account, had a direct deposit by 12/31, and made 10 charges using the debit card within 30 days. We fulfilled all these obligations and each month, have had to call in and were told that we would be receiving it in 30 days. Here we are, mid April, and of course...nothing. Today we called in again and were told that we wouldn't be receiving it. We have been lied to by Jenny, Tricia and the branch manager today, Kaitlynn. I have never in my life wrote a bad review on any business but WOW, they really should be brought up on charges because this is absolutely ridiculous behavior on their part, highly unethical. I hate to see others ripped off as well but if you are in the same boat as us, opened a new account, fulfilled all the obligations, and did not receive your money, please contact me at rascal24@att.net or call us at 314-330-5570.
